In Eph.6.12 "Power of the heavens" (see 3772 ouranos) evidently refers to the power of human rulers acting under their God-given authority to rule (as in Jn.19.10-11 and Rom.13.1). Dunamis occurs in context with "authority" (1849 exousia) in Lk.4.36, 9.1, 1Co.15.24, Eph.1.21, 1Pe.3.22, Rev.12.10, 13.2 and 17.13, and additionally with "prominence" (0746 arche) in 1Co.15.24.
